TEAM LEADER
Full Time
Christchurch

Our small team is looking for a leader who has the energy, passion and skills to make things happen. A can-do, will-do approach will see you take the lead as well as directly supporting service users.

This role is business mixed with pleasure!  If you’re experienced in the field of mental health and/or employment or an aligned sector, and your colleagues describe you as engaging, inspirational, confident and passionate, you’ll find a lot of satisfaction in this role. You’ll build rapport and strong bonds with people as they return to work or find their employment aspirations and career goals. You’ll be equally as comfortable wearing your “business hat”, approaching employers to engage, inspire and win their ongoing support. With a clear purpose and focus based on responsiveness, relationships and results you will create work connections for people.

When it comes to your skills and experience, you’ll demonstrate:
• strong skills and relevant experience in the field of mental health and/or employment
• the ability to work autonomously and to defined contractual outcomes
• exceptional organisation and relationship skills
• excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word)

As a team leader you will be part of the Workwise leadership team and will:

• build and maintain relationships with other community agencies, ensuring connections to support people finding and living their dreams
• actively strive to create a vibrant service
